Media

If you are a member of the media (except for photographers) please sign and return the first page of the form to communications@premiershiprugby.com. Please include copies of 12 published rugby press cuttings (not including international rugby). These can be regional or national press cuttings (including the websites of national newspapers, the BBC, and websites of Premiership Rugby partner broadcasters), and specific rugby publications (including but not restricted to The Rugby Paper, Rugby World, Premiership Rugby club publications and websites). The suitability of any other press and website cuttings for the fulfilment of these requirements will be at the discretion of Premiership Rugby.

Photographers

If you are a photographer or photographic agency please return the signed and completed first page of the form to communications@premiershiprugby.com with the information below:

Proof of £5 million of public liability insurance
Copies of 12 published rugby press cuttings (not including international rugby). These can be regional or national press cuttings (including the websites of national newspapers, the BBC, and websites of Premiership Rugby partner broadcasters), and specific rugby publications (including but not restricted to The Rugby Paper, Rugby World, Premiership Rugby club publications and websites). The suitability of any other press and website cuttings for the fulfilment of these requirements will be at the discretion of Premiership Rugby.
Proof that these cutting were paid for (eg copy of invoices)

Each club will provide photographers who have been unable to meet the criteria with opportunities at A League and other similar matches and with local partner clubs for photographers wishing to work their way through the ranks.

Once you have submitted your signed form (and additional requirements for photographers), if your application is successful the person signing the agreement will be issued with a username and password via email for the accreditation system. Individuals or desks will then be able to go to www.premiershiprugbydata.com and apply for accreditation for matches. Organisations will be able to add employees and assign employees to matches.

The home press officer will receive your application for a specific match and reply to you via email on whether your application has been successful or not. You will also be able to apply for facilities such as car parking where available.
